Honestly, nothing makes me happier than seeing your messages and reviews pop up after you’ve tried one of my recipes. I put so much love into creating each one, so knowing they’re actually making it into your kitchens — and onto your tables — means everything to me.
I recently pulled together a few of your latest reviews on the blog, and I just had to share them here, because they genuinely made my day. And hopefully, they’ll give you a little nudge to get cooking too!
From Phyllis packing up the baked berry oat breakfast to take on the run in the mornings (“I already have some packed to take with me on the run today — thank you, Flo!”), to Buket seeing the seeded loaf recipe and making it that same day — more than half of it already gone before she even had a chance to slow down. I mean, can you blame her?
Dave tackled the sardine avocado toast for breakfast and even made his own pickled onions from scratch. Sara declared the banana chocolate baked oats a new staple. Priya’s whole family devoured the lentil pappardelle. And Aga’s son and husband are now officially obsessed with the chicken pasta. Jeannine is making changes for her health and finding recipes here that actually work for her lifestyle — which genuinely moves me every single time.
Then there’s Jan, who said the crispy potato salad was simply the most refreshing and tasty she’d ever had. And Phyllis again with the cinnamon apple rings — she ate the entire batch before she could even photograph them. You know a recipe is good when that happens! 😄
These recipes span breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snacks — and what they all have in common is that they’re genuinely easy to make, without skimping on flavour. That’s always been my goal with healthyfloflo — food that feels good, tastes incredible, and doesn’t take over your life.
So if you’ve been on the fence about trying something, let this be your sign. Pick one recipe this week and give it a go — and don’t forget to leave a review when you do. I read every single one. 🥰
