Do these recipes actually taste sweet?

Yes! Every recipe is created to satisfy a sweet tooth, but without refined sugar. The sweetness comes naturally from fruit, honey, maple syrup, or dates—so you still get that indulgent flavour, just with more nourishment. If you’re used to ultra-processed treats, the taste might feel a little different at first—it’s a gentler, more natural kind of sweetness. Over time, many people find it even more enjoyable because it feels lighter and leaves you feeling good after eating.

I’ve never baked before—will they work for me?

Absolutely! My goal is to make healthy baking simple and accessible to everyone, no matter your experience. The recipes use just a handful of wholesome ingredients, come together in one bowl, and don’t require any special equipment. If you can stir and pour, you can make these recipes. And the best part? They’re forgiving—so even if you’re brand new to baking, you’ll still end up with something buonissimo.

Will I be able to find the ingredients?

Yes! I’ve made a real effort to keep every recipe simple and accessible, using everyday foods you can pick up at your local supermarket—no matter where you are in the world. It was really important to me that you don’t have to search for hard-to-find items or order expensive specialty products online. You’ll also notice I use many of the same ingredients across different recipes, so you can make more with less and keep the cost lower.

What if I have allergies?

Look out for the icons at the top of each recipe (GF, DF, NF). Where oats are used, I note that certified gluten-free oats should be chosen if you have coeliac disease or an allergy, as oats can sometimes be cross-contaminated.

I’ve done my best to label recipes clearly (GF, DF, NF), but ingredients can vary by brand. If you have coeliac disease, allergies, or intolerances, please double-check packaging and choose certified products where needed—for example, certified gluten-free oats. I can’t take responsibility for individual reactions, so please use your own judgement when making swaps.

Are the recipes new or from your website?

45 brand of the recipes on Healthy Sweet Treats are new creations you’ve never seen before. I’ve also included five of my most popular recipes from the website, simply because they’re the ones you’ve made and loved the most. It wouldn’t have felt right to leave them out!

How do I download the e-book after purchase?

As soon as you buy, you’ll receive an instant download link by email. Just click to open or save it to your phone, tablet, or computer. It’s yours to keep forever, and you can also print it if you prefer a physical copy in the kitchen.

Are the measurements in grams or cups?

Both! Every recipe lists grams and cups side by side, so it doesn’t matter where you’re based or how you prefer to measure — everything’s ready for you.

What is your return policy?

There will be no refunds issued after purchase due to the instant access and downloadable nature of copyrighted materials in this product. I know that might sound strict, but I’ve poured months of testing, photography, and writing into this book, and once it’s yours, you have full access forever. I’m confident you’ll love it — and if you’ve enjoyed my free recipes so far, this e-book takes everything to the next level.

I’m coeliac and eat gluten-free. Can I enjoy the recipes in this cookbook?

Absolutely! Every single one of the recipes in Healthy Sweet Treats are naturally gluten-free or can easily be made gluten-free with simple swaps. When a recipe includes oats, I always recommend using certified gluten-free oats, as regular oats can be contaminated with gluten.

Please note: While many recipes are suitable for a gluten-free diet, it’s important to always check ingredient labels to ensure they meet your specific dietary requirements. I cannot take responsibility for individual ingredient choices or product variations.
