Ingredients
  

  • 50 g spinach
  • bunch green grapes
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1 cm ginger
  • 50 g kefir
  • 1 golden apple
  • 100 ml water
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1/2 banana

Instructions
 

  • Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Add a few cubes of ice and blend.
  • For the best nutrient retention and flavour, drink your smoothie immediately after blending.
  • If you need to store it, pour it into an airtight glass container (fill to the top to reduce oxidation) and refrigerate for up to 24 hours. Give it a good shake or stir before drinking.
