Whether you’re looking for a no-bake snack or a healthy dessert to satisfy sweet cravings, this healthy 3-ingredient peanut butter fudge has you covered..

Why these Healthy 3-Ingredients PB Fudge are Better For You

This homemade peanut butter fudge is miles better than anything you’ll find in the shops. Why? Because it’s made with just three real ingredients—ripe bananas, natural peanut butter, and coconut oil—no refined sugar, no preservatives, no additives. Shop-bought fudge is usually loaded with sugar, syrups, and artificial flavours, but this version is naturally sweet, plant-based, and packed with healthy fats and fibre.

Not only does it taste amazing (like a creamy, nutty banana bite!), but it also gives you steady energy without the crash. Plus, you can whip it up in minutes and store it in the freezer for whenever you need a wholesome sweet treat. Once you’ve tried this, it’s hard to go back to anything else.

Tips

  • Use ripe bananas: The riper, the sweeter—and since we’re not adding sugar, this makes a big difference! According to the NHS, bananas are also a great source of energy, especially before or after a workout.
  • Best moulds: Silicone moulds make it super easy to pop them out once frozen.
  • Serving tip: These are best eaten straight from the freezer with just a few minutes at room temp.

Swaps

Bananas: You could try mashed sweet potato for a different flavour and texture, though I haven’t tested it.
Peanut butter: Any nut or seed butter will work. Almond butter, cashew butter, or sunflower seed butter are all great options.
Coconut oil: You can swap with melted butter (if not vegan) or try neutral oil, though the texture may vary slightly.

Storage

Freezer: Store in a freezer-safe airtight container for up to 1 month.
Remove from the freezer and leave for 5 minutes at room temperature before serving.
Fridge: Not recommended, as the fudge won’t hold its shape well.
