Cottage Cheese Bread  

If you think you don’t like cottage cheese you’ll chance your mind when you try this 6 ingredients flourless bread, it’s high protein, healthy and my new favourite cottage cheese recipe!

Cottage Cheese Bread

Servings 8
Prep Time 10 minutes
Cook Time 40 minutes
Total Time 50 minutes

Ingredients
  

  • 300 g cottage cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 110 g rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 30 ml olive oil

Instructions
 

  • To a food processor add all the ingredients and mix. Don’t overmix. You just need the ingredients to blend and mix together and the oats to break down a little. If you overmix it will result in a healthy and doughy bread.
  • Pour into a baking tin, 10×20 cm
  • Bake at 180C for 40 minutes.
  • Let it cool down completely before cutting into slices.
  • I highly recommend to add a tiny bit of salted butter and a drizzle of honey on top, the savoury/ sweet contest really make this bread my new favourite cottage cheese recipe!
