If you think you don’t like cottage cheese you’ll chance your mind when you try this 6 ingredients flourless bread, it’s high protein, healthy and my new favourite cottage cheese recipe!

Cottage Cheese Bread
Ingredients
- 300 g cottage cheese
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 110 g rolled oats
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 30 ml olive oil
Instructions
- To a food processor add all the ingredients and mix. Don’t overmix. You just need the ingredients to blend and mix together and the oats to break down a little. If you overmix it will result in a healthy and doughy bread.
- Pour into a baking tin, 10×20 cm
- Bake at 180C for 40 minutes.
- Let it cool down completely before cutting into slices.
- I highly recommend to add a tiny bit of salted butter and a drizzle of honey on top, the savoury/ sweet contest really make this bread my new favourite cottage cheese recipe!
