To a food processor add all the ingredients and mix. Don’t overmix. You just need the ingredients to blend and mix together and the oats to break down a little. If you overmix it will result in a healthy and doughy bread.
Pour into a baking tin, 10x20 cm
Bake at 180C for 40 minutes.
Let it cool down completely before cutting into slices.
I highly recommend to add a tiny bit of salted butter and a drizzle of honey on top, the savoury/ sweet contest really make this bread my new favourite cottage cheese recipe!
