It was worth every test. These lighter gluten free Florentines have the same golden crisp edges, the same irresistible chew, and that beautiful hint of orange — just made with 5 ingredients that feel a little better for you.     So many out there with good recipes want to help people with digestive problems and you can’t share recipes with others cause you’re only thinking about money. What a shame

    1. Hi there. I just want to gently clarify a few things, as I think some context is missing.
      For the past 5–6 years I’ve shared 400+ recipes completely free on my blog, all focused on making healthy, easy food accessible, including recipes that support different dietary needs and digestion. That work is still there, and it’s not going anywhere — anyone is welcome to use it 🤗
      Recently, I made the big (and slightly terrifying!) decision to turn this into my full-time career, because helping people cook nourishing food is genuinely at the heart of what I do. Creating recipes, testing them, filming, writing, and maintaining a website takes a huge amount of time and resources, and like any other job, it needs to be sustainable.
      The cookbook was created to offer something extra and more in-depth for those who choose to support my work. If it’s not for you, that’s absolutely fine — there are still hundreds of free recipes available on my blog for you to enjoy.
