4 Ingredients Healthy Double Chocolate Balls

Servings 18 balls
Prep Time 10 minutes
Chilling 15 minutes
Total Time 25 minutes

Ingredients

  • 120 g almonds ~1 cup
  • 200 g soft pitted medjool dates ~6 dates, 1 cup
  • 60 g dark chocolate chopped. I have used 70% (or chocolate chips,~1/3 cup)
  • 25 g cacao powder 1/4 cup

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients into a food processor and blitz.
  • Blitz until the ingredients create a malleable dough.
  • Shape into balls (at this point you can roll them into cacao powder, I think they look pretty).
  • Refrigerate for a few hours so they harden up a bit (or out in the freezer for 15-20 minutes).
