Ingredients
- 200 g coconut cream ~¾ cup
- 25 g cacao ~¼ cup
- 30 g honey 2 tbsp
- 60 g almond butter 2 tbsp
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients into a large bowl and whisk. It will take 2-4 minutes by hand to achieve a thicker and fluffier texture (use a electric whisk if you have it).
- Pour into ramekin and let them set in the fridge for at least 2-4 hours, or until firm.
