Ingredients
  

  • 200 g coconut cream
  • 25 g unsweetened cacao powder
  • 30 g honey (to make it vegan use maple syrup instead)
  • 60 g almond butter

Instructions
 

  • Add all the ingredients into a large bowl and whisk. It will take 2-4 minutes by hand to achieve a thicker and fluffier texture (use a electric whisk if you have it).
  • Pour into ramekin and let them set in the fridge for at least 2-4 hours, or until firm.
