3-Ingredient Apple “Crisps”

Ingredients
  

  • 2 apples
  • 2 tsp coconut oil
  • 2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 150°C (or air fryer)
  • Thinly slice the apple using a mandolin or sharp knife for even, thin slices.
  • Add the sliced apples to a bowl along with coconut oil and cinnamon, mix gently until the apples are evenly coated.
  • Arrange the apple slices in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake in the oven for 50mins
  • OR Air fryer at 150C for 15-20 mins (keep an eye as time may vary depending on the thickness of the apples/ size and how evenly you have sliced them)
  • Flip the apple slices half way through.
