Instructions
Preheat your oven to 150°C (or air fryer)
Thinly slice the apple using a mandolin or sharp knife for even, thin slices.
Add the sliced apples to a bowl along with coconut oil and cinnamon, mix gently until the apples are evenly coated.
Arrange the apple slices in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in the oven for 50mins
OR Air fryer at 150C for 15-20 mins (keep an eye as time may vary depending on the thickness of the apples/ size and how evenly you have sliced them)
Flip the apple slices half way through.
