These 4-ingredient Bounty dates are the ultimate healthier twist on a classic treat, and they’ve quickly become a new obsession. Simple to make and ready in no time, these little bites are dangerously addictive. The natural sweetness of medjool dates combined with the luscious coconut and chocolate makes them a crowd-pleaser. They’re so good that you might want to double the batch because they’ll disappear in seconds.

Total Time 1 hour 10 minutes

Ingredients
  

  • 10 medjool dates
  • 40 g shredded coconut
  • 60 g coconut yoghurt I use @deliciously Ella
  • 60 g dark chocolate melted (I used 70%)

Instructions
 

  • Remove the stone from the dates.
  • In a small bowl add the shredded coconut and yoghurt. Mix until it is all well incorporated.
  • Fill the dates.
  • Put in the freezer for 1 hours.
  • Melt the chocolate and roll the dates in it.
  • Put the dates on a plate with baking paper so they don stick.
  • Put back in the freezer for 10 minutes.
