3-Ingredient Peanut Butter Fudge

This 3-ingredient peanut butter fudge is the perfect sweet treat that’s quick, easy, and absolutely delicious. With just a few wholesome ingredients, it takes only five minutes to prepare and can be stored for up to two weeks in the fridge, or even longer in the freezer.

The rich creaminess of peanut butter blends perfectly with the natural sweetness of honey and the smooth texture of melted coconut oil. It’s so simple to make, yet the results feel like an indulgence. If you’re looking for a vegan option, just swap the honey for maple syrup, and if peanut butter isn’t your favourite, this recipe works just as well with almond, cashew, or any nut butter you love.

Tips

  • Silicone moulds work best as they make it super easy to pop out the fudge once frozen.
  • These are meant to be eaten straight from the freezer—don’t leave them out too long as they’ll soften quickly.

Notes

tip: if your peanut butter is a bit more solid than what it should be, add the bowl with all the ingredients in the microwave for 10secs at a time, stir, and again. This will make the mixing process much easier.
