Smoked Salmon Crackers with Herby Greek Yoghurt (Ready in 5 Minutes!)

Ingredients
  

  • 50 g smoked salmon
  • 3 seed crackers, I use Ryvita
  • 3 tbsp 5% fat Greek yoghurt
  • ½ tsp mustard
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • A handful of fresh dill, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp pickled onions
  • Extra dill to garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, combine the Greek yoghurt, mustard, garlic powder, fresh dill, salt and pepper. Give it a good mix until everything is well combined and the yoghurt is smooth and flavourful.
  • Spread the herby yoghurt generously over your crackers.
  • Lay the smoked salmon on top, then finish with pickled onions and an extra scatter of dill.
