3-Ingredient Whipped Coffee – Fluffy, Sweet & Irresistible.
This easy whipped coffee recipe is the ultimate treat for coffee lovers! With just 3 ingredients, it whips up into a cloud-like, fluffy mousse that’s perfect for creating a rich and satisfying iced coffee. Simply whisk coffee, honey, and water until it turns silky smooth and stiff, then serve over ice with your favorite milk for a refreshing, indulgent drink. It’s so delicious, you’ll never believe it’s made with instant coffee!


Whipped Coffee
Ingredients
- 10 g instant coffee
- 50 g honey
- 50 ml hot water
Instructions
- Add the ingredients to a large and tall bowl (so you won’t get the backsplash) and with an electric hand mixer whisk until the consistency goes from liquid to super fluffy and amazing (depending on the power of your machine it could take between 2 to 5 minutes).
- You know it is ready when you turn it upside down and it will stay stiff.
- One of the best way to use this mousse is to add to a glass along with ice and milk (I used a plant based milk) for a delicious iced coffee.
Notes
I recommend using this as a topper or mixed with other ingredients (otherwise it would be too strong or you would need to add a crazy amount of honey).
You can store it in the fridge for a few days or freeze.
