Spiced Roasted Cashews

Ingredients
  

  • 270 g cashews
  • 20 ml extra virgin olive oil
  • 20 ml honey or maple syrup
  • 1 steam rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne
  • 2 tsp garlic
  • 1/4 lime juice

Instructions
 

  • Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix.
  • Transfer the cashews into the basket (I used a fitted baking paperer the bottom) and air fry at 180C for 8-10 mins, shake them half way.
