Nut & Seed Clusters
Ingredients
- 100 g cashews
- 100 g almonds
- 50 g pumpkin seeds
- 15 g sesame seeds
- 40 g maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix well.
- Line some baking paper on a tray and spread the nut mix into a flat uniform square.
- Bake for 10 mins at 180C.
- Let it cool down completely before removing from the baking paper. Break down into smaller bites and enjoy
