Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 carrot or 1 small
  • 45 g oats
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp raisins
  • 110 ml milk I used unsweetened soya milk
  • 30 g yoghurt

Toppings

  • Toasted pecans
  • Cream cheese
  • Honey

Instructions
 

  • Add all the ingredients into a jar and mix well.
  • Add the cream cheese ( I sweetened with a bit of honey) and crumble some pecans.
  • Leave in the fridge overnight (or at least 2 hours).
