The combination of ripe banana, rich cacao powder, and a touch of maple syrup creates a naturally sweet and chocolatey batter that feels indulgent but keeps things light and nutritious. Cooked to perfection in a waffle maker, these waffles are soft, satisfying, and perfect with your favourite toppings. I enjoyed mine with creamy yoghurt, a drizzle of melted chocolate, and a sprinkle of chopped hazelnuts. Every bite was pure perfection!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 2 tbsp oat flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder

Instructions
 

  • Add all the ingredients to a bowl a mix.
  • Spray oil the waffle maker and add the waffle to it.
  • Cook for a few minutes. It’s ready when the bottom lift up easily.
  • Enjoy with your favourite toppings: I have choose yoghurt, melted chocolate and chopped hazelnuts.
