  • Don’t let the batter stand too long before baking or it can become dense and heavy. Once you have mix the ingredients transfer immediately to the baking tray and bake.

Ingredients
  

  • 200 g oats half oat flour/half rolled oats
  • 60 g cacao powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 90 g almond butter
  • 400 ml milk I have used soy milk, but you can choose your favourite type
  • 80 g honey or maple syrup
  • Optional 1/2 tsp vanilla extract pinch of salt, chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix until well combined.
  • You can add some vanilla extract and a pinch of salt to enhance the flavour, but this is optional.
  • Pour the batter into a baking tin.
  • Add optional chocolate chips, measure with your heart.
  • Bake at 180 C for 20-25mins.
