One-Pan Banana Baked Oats

Ingredients
  

  • 3 bananas
  • 3 medium eggs
  • 60 ml milk I used unsweetened soya
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 150 g rolled oats
  • 40 g honey

Optional toppings

  • chocolate chips
  • banana sliced

Instructions
 

  • You can use your baking tin as a bowl: start by mashing the bananas with a fork until it turns into purée.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients: eggs, milk, cinnamon, baking powder, honey and oats.
  • Mix well. Add optional toppings.
  • Bake in the oven at 180C for 15-20 mins.
  • Let it cool down completely before serving.

This recipe is naturally gluten-free if using certified GF oats and contains no refined sugar. It’s high in fibre and perfect for breakfast meal prep.
