Waldorf Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 1 gem lettuce head
  • 1 celery stem
  • 1 green apple
  • ~20 grapes
  • Handful toasted pecans

Dressing

  • 2 tbsp  natural yoghurt
  • 1 tsp mayo
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp mustard
  • Squeeze lemon
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
 

  • Chop all the vegetables and fruit.
  • In a small jar add the dressing ingredients and give it a shake.
  • When you are ready to serve, pour the dressing on top of the salad and mix.
