Upside down apple danish

Ingredients
  

  • 2 apples, sliced very thin
  • 1 sheet puff pastry, cut into 8 rectangle 
  • honey
  • cinnamon
  • 1 egg yolk
  • powdered sugar (to dust the top)

Instructions
 

  • On a baking tray add a sheet of baking paper.
  • Spoon or drizzle 6 tsp of honey on the baking paper, these needs to be very far apart.
  • Sprinkle cinnamon on top and as 4-5 slices of apple on top of each bit of honey. Add another teaspoon of honey. 
  • Add the puff pastry rectangle piece on top and press down the edges with a fork, to seal each rectangle.
  • Brush the top of the puff pastry with egg yolk.
  • Bake for 12 mins at 180C.
  • Let it cool down and sprinkle some icing sugar.
