Ingredients

apples,
sliced very thin
1
sheet
puff pastry,
cut into 8 rectangle
honey
cinnamon
1
egg yolk
powdered sugar
(to dust the top)
Instructions
On a baking tray add a sheet of baking paper.
Spoon or drizzle 6 tsp of honey on the baking paper, these needs to be very far apart.
Sprinkle cinnamon on top and as 4-5 slices of apple on top of each bit of honey. Add another teaspoon of honey.
Add the puff pastry rectangle piece on top and press down the edges with a fork, to seal each rectangle.
Brush the top of the puff pastry with egg yolk.
Bake for 12 mins at 180C.
Let it cool down and sprinkle some icing sugar.
