120gmilk(I used soy milk but you can choose your favourite one)

Instructions
Add the strawberry to a blender along with milk, maple syrup and a squeeze of lemons (leave 2-3 strawberry out for the next step, for the topping and/or to add to the oats).
Blend until smooth.
Leave to set in the fridge overnight or at least 1 hour.
Add the yoghurt on top* to make it a complete and backed meal and extra strawberries.

*I would advice to add the yoghurt just before serving to avoid the liquid separation
