Strawberry Overnight Oats

Ingredients
  

  • 400 g  fresh strawberry
  • 45 g oats
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 120 g milk (I used soy milk but you can choose your favourite one)
  • Squeeze of lemon

Optional toppings

  • yoghurt*
  • strawberries
  • granola

Instructions
 

  • Add the strawberry to a blender along with milk, maple syrup and a squeeze of lemons (leave 2-3 strawberry out for the next step, for the topping and/or to add to the oats).
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Leave to set in the fridge overnight or at least 1 hour. 
  • Add the yoghurt on top* to make it a complete and backed meal and extra strawberries.

*I would advice to add the yoghurt just before serving to avoid the liquid separation
