Cut a pear in half, scoop out the seeds and drizzle the coconut oil on top (optional tip: with a toothpick pierce the pear so when you add the coconut oil it really go through)
Bake in the air fryer for 10 mins at 180C.
Meantime, prepare a quick and easy wholesome crumble. Add all the crumble in gyro a bowl and mix.
Add the crumble on top of the baked pears and bake again in the air fryer for further 2 minutes at 180C.
Serve with yoghurt as a delicious breakfast or with some icecream as a dessert.
