Instructions
In a bowl, add the salmon and all the seasonings.
Mix gently until evenly coated.
Thread the salmon onto skewers, alternating with the cherry tomatoes, lemon, and olives.
Air fry at 200°C (400°F) for 8–12 minutes, until the salmon is cooked through.
Notes
Cooking time may vary depending on the size of the salmon cubes—check for doneness at 8 minutes.
If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 20 minutes before air frying to prevent burning.
These skewers are best served straight away, but leftovers can be reheated gently in the air fryer for 2–3 minutes.
You can swap the salmon for cod, trout, or prawns—just adjust the cooking time as prawns will cook quicker.
