Ingredients

can lentils,
drained. 400g (265g drained)

oat flour
silkily blend oats

Parmesan cheese
grated

coriander
finely chopped

cumin

tsp
garlic powder

pepper
1/2
tsp
salt

tbsp
water

tbsp
oil
For the sauce

tbsp
Yoghurt

tsp
tahini
1/2
tsp
garlic powder
Salt
to taste
Instructions
To a bowl add the lentils and mash with a fork.
Add: oat flour, coriander, Parmesan cheese and the spices listed in caption.
Mix then add a bit of water and oil.
Mix well until the ingredients are well combined then shape with your hands into patties.
Cook in a pan on both sides with a bit of oil until golden.
Let them cool down slightly before serving.
