In a bowl add the chicken pieces, spices and the beaten egg. Mix.
In a separate plate add the cornflakes and break them down into crumbs using your hands.
Dip each chicken piece into the cornflakes so the chicken is completely covered in crumbs.
Transfer the chicken in the air fryer and bake for 10 minutes at 180C (don’t pre heat).
In the meantime prepare the sauce in a small pan add the ingredients and when it start bubbling turn off and pour into a small sauce dish, the sauce will be much thicker and glossy.
