Peal and chop the apples into small cubes and microwave for 1 mins
Blend the apples with a blender until it turns into purée
Add all the ingredients and mix until it’s all well combine and you will result with a homogeneous butter
Pour into doughnuts mould and bake for 12 minutes at 180 C

Optional but really recommend it: if you want to make these doughnuts really special add a mix of sugar and cinnamon on top, to do this you’ll need to brush the top of the doughnuts with oil (I have used melted coconut oil ~ 1 tsp).This way the cinnamon and sugar mixture will stick onto it.
