In a bowl add the mince, onion, garlic and spices.
Mix well, you can use your hands or a fork.
In a pan, toast one side of the wrap and add to a plate.
Scoop part or the mince mix and add it to the wrap (add to the toasted side of the wrap).
Spread the mix on the wrap to create a thin a and uniform layer that covers the entire wrap.
In a non-stick pan, heat up bit of oil and cook the wrap with the meat side of the wrap facing down.
Once the first side is cooked, flip and cook the other side.
When it is ready, transfer to a plate and add your favourite topping.
I used: 1 tsp mustard, chopped lettuce, chopped cherry tomatoes, 2 cucumber slices and my homemade burger sauce (simply mix into a small jar all the burger sauce ingredients).
