Healthier Smash Burger Tacos

Ingredients
  

  • 250 g lean beef mince 5%
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp pepper and salt
  • 1 tsp grated garlic

For the burger sauce

  • 60 g yoghurt
  • 1/2 tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp tomato paste
  • 1/4 garlic
  • 1/4 paprika
  • 1/2 tsp honey
  • salt

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl add the mince, onion, garlic and spices.
  • Mix well, you can use your hands or a fork.
  • In a pan, toast one side of the wrap and add to a plate.
  • Scoop part or the mince mix and add it to the wrap (add to the toasted side of the wrap).
  • Spread the mix on the wrap to create a thin a and uniform layer that covers the entire wrap.
  • In a non-stick pan, heat up bit of oil and cook the wrap with the meat side of the wrap facing down.
  • Once the first side is cooked, flip and cook the other side.
  • When it is ready, transfer to a plate and add your favourite topping.
  • I used: 1 tsp mustard, chopped lettuce, chopped cherry tomatoes, 2 cucumber slices and my homemade burger sauce (simply mix into a small jar all the burger sauce ingredients).
