Finocchi Gratinati (Italian Baked Fennel Gratin)

Ingredients
 
 

  • 2 fennels, sliced
  • 200 g cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
  • 1 small yellow onions, sliced
  • 40 g panko breadcrumbs
  • 25 g Parmesan cheese, grated
  • ½ tsp Italian herbs
  • 15 g pine nuts
  • salt
  • oil

Instructions
 

  • Add all the ingredients into you tray.
  • Toss all the ingredients with clean hands.
  • Bake for 23-25 mins at 180C fan oven.
