Easy 2-Ingredient Bagels (No Yeast, No Kneading)

Ingredients
 
 

  • 200 g self raising flour
  • 200 g yoghurt

Optional toppings

  • Sesame seeds
  • egg wash from one egg

Instructions
 

  • Add yoghurt and flour to a bowl and mix.
  • Shape the bagels with your hands. Bake at 180°C / 350°F for 15–20 minutes in the air fryer, or about 20 minutes in the oven until golden.

Notes

  • These bagels are best eaten fresh, but they toast beautifully the next day.
  • You can use this dough to make mini bagels or even rolls—just adjust the baking time slightly.
  • Naturally low in sugar and made with just two ingredients—this is a wholesome breakfast option with no unnecessary extras.
