Add all the ingredients into a bowl and mix until well combined.
Pour the chickpeas on a baking tray and spread them out so they are all on one layer.
Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180 C for 30 minutes.
Let them cool down completely and enjoy

They will still be crunchy the day after, just leave them on the tray or a bowl, at room temperature, no need to cover them. I wouldn’t recommend to put in the fridge or they will go soggy.
