Ingredients
 
 

  • 2X400 g canned chickpeas, 480 g drained
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix until well combined.
  • Pour the chickpeas onto a baking tray and spread them out in a single layer.
  • Bake for 30 minutes, until golden and crispy.
  • Allow them to cool completely before serving.
