Crispy Roasted Chickpea

Ingredients
  

  • 1 chickpeas can (400g), (240g) drained
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Add all the ingredients into a bowl and mix until well combined.
  • Pour the chickpeas on a baking tray and spread them out so they are all on one layer.
  • Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180 C for 30 minutes.
  • Let them cool down completely and enjoy

Notes

They will still be crunchy the day after, just leave them on the tray or a bowl, at room temperature, no need to cover them.
I wouldn’t recommend to put in the fridge or they will go soggy.
