Cashew Nut Milk

Ingredients
  

  • 150 g raw cashews, soaked for at least 4 hours or overnight
  • 1 litre of water
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 20-30 ml honey or maple syrup
  • pinch of sea salt
  • pinch of cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Soak 150g of cashews in water for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • Discard the soaking water and rinse the cashews well.
