Instructions
Grate the beetroot with a cheese grater
Add the grated beetroot to a bowl with the cottage cheese and mix.
Add the rest of the ingredients (a part from the feta) into a bowl an mix until everything is well incorporated.
Add the crumbled feta and mix gently (you want to keep the feta pieces visible).
Bake on a pre-heated oven at 200C for 30-40 mins.
Let it cool down completely before slicing.
