Add the oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, yoghurt, honey, and milk to a jar.
Stir well until everything is combined.
Add the toppings — a spoonful of yoghurt, chopped apple, toasted almonds, and raisins.
Cover the jar and place in the fridge overnight.
By morning, the oats will be creamy, the chia will thicken the texture, and all the flavours will be beautifully infused.
