Apple & Cinnamon Overnight Oats

Ingredients
 
 

  • 50 g oats
  • 50 ml unsweetened soy milk
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 2 tbsp Greek yoghurt
  • 1 tsp honey

Topping

  • 1 small apple, chopped
  • 1 tbsp raisins
  • chopped nuts
  • extra yoghurt

Instructions
 

  • Add the oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, yoghurt, honey, and milk to a jar.
  • Stir well until everything is combined.
  • Add the toppings — a spoonful of yoghurt, chopped apple, toasted almonds, and raisins.
  • Cover the jar and place in the fridge overnight.
  • By morning, the oats will be creamy, the chia will thicken the texture, and all the flavours will be beautifully infused.
