Add all the ingredients (except the chocolate) into a food processor and blitz.It will become a tick malleable ball. Divide it and fill the ice cube mould with the paste and press down with a spoon ( it has to be a silicone mould to make it easy to remove later)
Drizzle melted dark chocolate on top and add some topping if you wish (I used seeds and salt).
Put in the freezer for 10-20 mins and it will be ready to enjoy.
