5-Ingredient Healthy Brownie Truffles

Ingredients
  

  • 80 g ground oats if you don’t have it, grind the oats in your blender
  • 130 g almond Butter
  • 80 g maple Syrup
  • 50 g cacao Powder
  • 30 g chopped dark choc 50% and above

Instructions
 

  • Add all the ingredients to a bowl (leave the chopped chocolate on a side for now) and mix until roughly combined. Then add the chocolate chips
  • With your hands form balls, you should be able to make 10-14 depending on the size, I made 11.
  • Store in the fridge

Notes

These truffles are already amazing just like this but to bring this snack to the next level, microwave for 10 seconds. The chocolate bits will melt a bit and the consistency will become softer and gooey. This is how I enjoy them best. Say that I love these is an understatement.
