4-Ingredients Peanut Butter Cups

Ingredients
 
 

  • 170 g smooth natural peanut nutter
  • 70 g ground oats, (simply blend rolled oats into a flour)
  • 40 g honey, or maple syrup
  • 60 g dark chocolate,, I used 70% dark chocolate

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl add peanut butter, oats and honey. Mix well with a spoon or your hands.
  • Divide the dough in 6 and add to a muffin mould (I used a silicone mould to make it easier to remove later).
  • Press down with a tea spoon or your finger.
  • Melt the dark chocolate and pour on top.
  • Freeze for 10-20 minutes.. and enjoy.

  • Naturally gluten-free if made with GF oats
  • No refined sugar — sweetened with honey
  • Source of plant-based protein from oats and peanut butter
  • High in healthy fats to keep you full and satisfied
