soft pitted medjool dates
~6 dates, 1 cup

chopped. I have used 70% (or chocolate chips,~1/3 cup)

cacao powder

Instructions
Add all the ingredients into a food processor and blitz.
Blitz until the ingredients create a malleable dough.
Shape into balls (at this point you can roll them into cacao powder, I think they look pretty).
Refrigerate for a few hours so they harden up a bit (or out in the freezer for 15-20 minutes).
