4 Ingredients Frozen Mango & Coconut Bites

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ripe mango
  • 150 g thick Greek style yoghurt I used @fage_uk
  • 20 g shredded coconut
  • 15 g honey

Instructions
 

  • Slice a mango into small bite size pieces.
  • In a bowl add yoghurt, shredded coconut and honey.
  • Roll the mango piece in the yoghurt mix and coat well.
  • On a tray add some baking paper (so the mango won’t stick) and lay the mango pieces on it, making sure they don’t touch each other.
  • Freeze overnight or until solid . Enjoy them straight from the freezer .
