Immunity-Boosting Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 2 small frozen beetroots steamed and in natural juice, no vinegar (~90g)
  • 120 g frozen berries I used blueberries and cherries
  • 1 handful of spinach ~25g
  • 1 small piece of ginger
  • 1 small piece of turmeric
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein @myprotein
  • 1 tbsp hemp @myvegan
  • 100 ml soy milk
  • 2 tbsp kefir or live yoghurt

Instructions
 

  • Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
