Ingredients
  

  • 1 small ripe banana
  • 40 g nut butter I have used cashew butter but you can use any nut butter you like
  • 8 g cacao powder ~2 tsp

Instructions
 

  • Mash the banana into a purée consistency.
  • Add the nut butter and cacao powder. Mix and pour into a ramekin.
  • If you wish add some optional chocolate chips.
  • Bake in the oven for 20mins at 180C or Air fry for 15 mins at 180C
