Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl add all the ingredients and mix.
  • Pour the batter into a baking tin with parchment paper.
  • Bake at 180C static oven for 25 minutes (last 5 minutes covered with foil to prevent the top to burn).
